Did not plow drive or parking spots causing dangerous conditions and the pool was way over chlorinated then closed the following day causing very very very disappointed grandchildren. I came all the way from Arizona to treat my grandchildren to a fun filled time only to be very let down. Beds were very comfortable however.

This place was actually nice and the staff was really nice! THERE IS A CLUB BEHIND THE BUILDING. They played music till like 4 am according to my teens. I was finally able to fall asleep at like 2:30 in the morning because that bass was strong. The people there were kinda sketchy too. First hotel I didn't let my kids go to the pool at because of the people. If you look for silence in order to sleep, don't go here.

We never made it to this property. There was a huge storm and made the roads unsafe for travel. When I called and spoke with an employee and explained the person was VERY RUDE about the whole thing. Expedia called the manager and asked for a waiver and they refused. I paid extra for the insurance through Expedia and I’m having to jump through hoops to get my money back. Sorry, I don’t know if the hotel is clean but I do know that these people lack compassion for a mother driving with 4 kids across a country with a trailer. I wasn’t going to risk my kids life driving through that storm for the price of that room.

We had to flea another motel due to bed bugs and the receptionist was kind and got us in early to our room. The hotel is clean and well maintained. There was a large group of travelers and the only negative is they set up their chairs in the driveway by the entrance making it hard for cars to pick up guests (I was traveling with an elderly/disabled women in walker/wheelchair. Due to the large group with lots of kids, there was a lot of running and noise throughout our stay.

I would not recommend this as a safe family friendly hotel. We found there was a gentleman's club right next to the hotel. Which attracted the wrong type of people to the hotel. It also smelled like a cattle feed lot nearby. The receptionist was also very unfriendly and didn't even acknowledge our presence.

The were little league baseball teams here for the weekend and they allowed their children run up and down the hallways till midnight which sounded like the roof was coming down, then all the kids thought is was fun to jump around their rooms and what sounded like them jumping off their beds onto the floor. I was woken up all night and called the front desk 4 times and neither the parents nor the kids would listen them. Worse stay at a hotel in my life and I paid $200 for this horrible no sleep stay.
