Would not recommend at all. 3 rooms were occupied by our family. One was fair overall, one could have used more cleaning, and ours definitely needed more cleaning and maintenance. Hallways were not clean. Dried puke or something in the back entrance that got cleaned up once we mentioned it. We could have tolerated those things, not really said much and just not stayed there again. However, the "non-stop" barking dog above our room from the time we arrived, came back from dinner, and still barking at 10 pm sent us finding a different hotel across the street. I do understand they were full and could not move us but why do I have to tolerate that for two days. I was told the owner of the dog would have to go if they couldn't get it to stop. That did not happen. When the manager was contacted about a refund, which was suggested to me from the employee working that night, she did not care. It's a pet friendly hotel and quiet time is not until 11 pm. Plus, she said because I booked it online. Another family member was charged an "up fee" at check out for booking online and something to do with a change in their system. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and believe hotels.com should not even list it.
