I understand the property was being remodeled, the room was very dusty. I could tolerate that, however there was NO waste basket of any kind in the room, not even the bathroom. In addition, there was NO soap to wash your hands in the bathroom. This was very annoying due to the fact that I was traveling with two small children. The pool was however FANTASTIC and the beds were great and the staff was TERRIGFIC.

I stayed here and checked in during check in I stated that I lived 3 hours away and kids were ready to be out of the car to go swimming during this time at check in he said pools here and told me where everything was it was never told to me the pool was closed until we went to go swimming and asked.

Stayed there for the Pink Ribbon 5K & a family event. Not outstanding but no complaints. Breakfast area could have been bigger. Had to take food back to room.

the place needs some serious maintenance in several rooms. i bd. suite we ordered had a busted fireplace that required a technition to fix. the next room the moved us to had to be cleaned because they're so short staffed. the housekeeper upon check in was great (she had to have her 2 kids help and they still couldn't keep up) our desk clerk was really great too and helped us still enjoy our stay. might not recommend right away till issues are dealt with but would of those things could be addressed/corrected that i mentioned above.

The hotel was just fine for our purposes. Caution the temperature of the hot tub, it was extremely hot to the point of not being enjoyable! Although it wasn't a problem for our family, there was no elevator to reach the second floor for those who require assistance when carrying luggage upstairs.
