Unfortunately, we did not have a great trip. I took my kids there for spring break to swim and to use the hot tub. The hot tub was barely warm. We did let the front desk know several times and they said that they reset the heaters, but the hot tub never got hot. That was one of the main reasons we went there. I did try to get a refund or credit, but was denied. The room was clean, but the rugs were damp, assuming from pool water from the previous guest. I won’t be staying here again.

It was fine i guess. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She stopped me in the hallway right after i checked in and asked me to please keep an eye on my kids so they dont disturb other guests. Also asked me to make sure they're not running in the hallways. Just put me off.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has been great both times. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. The continental breakfast had variety, but was well prepared and kept fresh. The room was comfortable and clean and the kids loved the pool.

Poor housekeeping / Front desk support. The kid had more excuses on how he couldn't resolve the issue or then getting him off his phone. Employee policy should be in place not use personal phones while at work except on break.

Breakfast was not good! It got one of my kids sick! The hot tub was ice cold and couldn’t enjoy it! Won’t be staying here again!
