Hilton Garden Inn Chesterton

Friendly staff, clean hotel. Pool was closed due to a chemical issue, so my kids were bummed. Breakfast isn't free, so we went across the street to Biggby. Overall, a good stay.

Great family place to stay

Staff was exceptional! We appreciated the breakfast options (menu or continental) offered (Bloody Marys were fantastic!) Pet friendly and a nice area to walk your fur baby. The room was clean, plenty of towels and all furnishings were in mint condition.

Great staff. Easy access for walking our dog. They make sure you are comfortable and promptly resolve any concerns that arise. We'll be back for sure when we visit our family again.

We loved our stay the room was amazing and tons of room we had the two bed junior suite. It was more than we expected. The pool was freezing cold something was wrong with it so we couldn’t get in it which was disappointing but the hot tub was nice and warm and HUGE if we ever come back to the area we will be staying here again.

Did a quasi staycation from Chicago. The one bedroom suite was great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, walked to the fabulous Italian restaurant across the parking lot, loved how easy it was to hop back on the tollway. So convenient! Clean and super family friendly.

The hotel was nice and so was the staff. It is clean and in a good location. However the dial comfort king size bed we were looking forward to didn't work. In fact it was hard as a rock and difficult to get a good night's sleep in. Also the thermostat for the air conditioner didn't work either. We were freezing or roasting, there was no happy medium. The other issue was nois, we heard trains and traffic all night long. Also a warning to all who stay there beware of the breakfast bar, it is not free. We were fortunate enough to receive coupons for it because we were on our honeymoon but we witnessed a family of 10 who thought it was complimentary and it was $9.95 a person.
