Elevator not yet fixed, but can tell they're working on it. Room was clean, staff was courteous and quick to address things. Breakfast was good, and kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub after a day of hiking.

It was overall an okay stay. The beds were uncomfortable. We stayed here with our five year old over thanksgiving while visiting family. The breakfast was good, and maintenance was quick. My biggest complaint is that we were sitting having breakfast when news about the war in Israel came on and it was upsetting to my five year old. It was playing loudly and I asked the front desk if they could change the channel or turn it down, because you can’t really avoid it, and they said no. We were the only ones in the room at that time. Now my son is asking lots of questions about war and death, and I feel like the staff should be more understanding about not exposing young children to graphic news about war. Otherwise, most of the staff were friendly although we rarely saw them. In my opinion the news should probably be muted with subtitles on so parents can choose not to expose their kids to something they’re not ready to process.

The room was clean and beds/pillows comfortable. The breakfast was not as great as I expected. There were hot food items such as sausage links (they needed to be cooked longer-not a fan anyways) and some kind of egg white patty...I had yogurt and a delicious muffin and danish. Cracker Barrell and Denny's weren't that far away. The pool and hot tub were great when kids weren't splashing and jumping in/out of one and into the other. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The actual room was fairly clean. The lobby was clean. But once you step off the elevator and enter the hallways, the carpets were stained, ripped, and looked terrible! Trash was left outside the doors of rooms. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in the room next to you, not good for little children to hear. Speaking of children, there were A LOT of small children running the halls, going from one room to the next at all hours of the night. I was actually up most of the night and did not get much rest.

My family and I stayed here one night after attending a wedding in the area. We didn't get there till after 9pm and were still able to use the pool and hot tub. As it was open until 10pm. The hot tub was hot and the pool refreshing. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was buffet style! Would definitely recommend!!!

I checked into this location because it was pretty close to my husband's home (I was making a surprise visit to see his family). The hotel was very clean, and the room was quite spacious for the three nights that I was staying. I was very impressed Staff was helpful and the bed was cozy. I would recommend this hotel to people from other states, as well as others in state that need a nice comfortable stay. The price was worth it.

Chose this property because it was new and a short distance from the interstate leading to MI. Booked 2 rooms 4/18/10. Drove 10 hours; arrived by 5 p.m. - Rooms not ready; no problem. Went to state park to wait. Came back at 6:30, told they were almost clean and ready. Waited more - staff working very hard to change beds. Noticed they only had a staff of 3 housekeepers for the entire property. Dinner, back by 8:30 - tired, went to bed. Next morning, opened drapes and saw it all. I would not have spent the night in this filthy place had I seen it earlier. Here's the list of problems: -lots of blood and food on inside of comforter -witnessed housekeepers drop my washcloths and floor and take them directly to the room (I got more) -Sticky substance on all desks and night tables (wallet and remote actually stuck to the TV table) -trash left behind on night stand from previous clients (who obviously had kids) -floor was not vacuumed (none seen when they were cleaning our rooms) -food on floor in several places -food under chairs -freezer door broken -dirty chair - didn't even want to sit in it -furniture shelves had obviously not been dusted for DAYS on end -dental floss in hallway outside my door -leaks from air conditioners in trash cans up and down the corridors -toothpaste stuck to wall by the hair dryer I was totally appalled and couldn't get out of there fast enough. No one at the desk asked how my stay was, because, I really don't think they cared. Breakfast was a disaster. Food on the floor everywhere and even on the lobby carpet. I took pictures because I didn't think anyone would believe me. Needless to say, I will NEVER, EVER go to that property again. I have complained to Comfort Inn Corporate. Both rooms were a disaster.
