Just a quick family getaway for my kiddos and I. The Sheraton is downtown and easy to get in & out of. We had a great time at the Zoo, enjoyed dinner at the hotel, swam on the rooftop pool, and had a great view of the city. Definitely will be back.

The roof top pool is nice, big, and deep. Good for kids and families. Great views of the Circle and Monument. Coffee shop and restaurant/bar on site were nice. Don’t get the pizza however because it was gross, like Pillsbury crescent roll dough used for crust, not real pizza. Also, the hotel parking is a rip off at $45 per night. Luckily there are dozens of other parking garages within a block or two that charge much much less. Staff were all very friendly.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly to both myself and my children. We had a monument view and got to take in the evening light show. Very walkable for views and sights!

Parking structure closed ,valet only. Large group of children checked in Friday , sports team(s) ? It was almost 1:00 A M before the screaming , door slamming , running up and down the hall, ceased. Had to be up early to leave town. No chaperones or hotel staff seemed to mind . Expected better which is why I paid for a “ better “ hotel .

The customer service was amazing. Everyday you were greeted by staff asking if you needed anything. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and it was conveniently located near everything. The only downfall was the pool being closed but the staff explained the reasoning. My family would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice with wonderful views. Right off monument circle next to the mall. There is a breakfast and dinner available inside the hotel reasonably priced but not included. There is a bar open in the evening as well.There is great coffee in the lobby in the mornings. The exercise room is one of the best given of you haft to run it might as well be a great view. Was very clean and friendly staff. The balcony is a wonderful place for family Friends to gather for games or to enjoy a book and view. The pool is being maintained and was unavailable unfortunately. As a hole a wonderful place to visit and in the middle of it all.

We booked the Executive suite which for a family provides ample space. The room could use an update as many of the fixtures and bath area are outdated.

The parking lot at the hotel is currently closed and they give you no other options besides $44/day valet. The valets were overwhelmed with cars stacked two deep and long waits for cars. The room itself wasn’t great — beds were not comfortable and the shower gel dispenser was empty. The refrigerator was not cold — had to throw out leftovers because they were not kept cold enough to be safe to eat. Would be dangerous if you needed to store medicine or baby milk in it. Overall the hotel is tired and the area around it is pretty empty and sad. There are better options in Indy for sure.

My kiddo has frequent appointments at Riley, we have to come to Indy the night before. We try to make it fun. It was our first time at the Sheraton and it was amazing! My kiddo loved the room, the bed and the pool. We had a late dinner in the hotel restaurant, food was great and the staff was super friendly.
