Great hotel. Great view of the state capitol building. Convenient location. Everything was nearby. We were on a trip to visit the zoo and children's discovery museum. The kids and us had so much fun on this trip.

The hotel itself is really nice, clean and the staff was great. We enjoyed the Level One bar. The bartenders were so fun! Our kids loved the pool although it is very small. The standard room was small and beds weren’t very comfortable. I liked that you could walk to areas downtown using the skywalk bridges. The price of parking was expensive. If you are traveling with children, go to the children’s museum.

Didn't like the elevator waits but I guess that can't be helped but other than that my family enjoyed a fun weekend in Indy and a Colts win. This is an annual event for the family around Christmas.

The pool was too cold for my kids to swim (who usually don't care!), the beds were extremely uncomfortable (I don't think anyone got sleep), you can hear all of the street traffic through the window and hall traffic through the door. The valet guy made me give him my ID before we took our luggage up to the room so I would return it. I still feel very uneasy about that.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the things we wanted to do. We had a nice view of the Capitol and enjoyed our breakfast in the hotel. The staff working with breakfast were so friendly and pleasant. We hope to return next year!

Brought our grandkids to Indy to visit the Indiana State Museum as my husband won an award in the Hoosier Art Show. We got a room facing the Capital Building and we loved it! Dinner at the roaring Eagles Nest Restaurant was breathtaking! The pool and Starbucks just completed our stay. Thank you Hyatt Regency for a fabulous stay!

Staff was extremely nice & helpful. Lady at the Fat Rooster that cooked omelets was amazing! Really made you feel welcome & she brighten our day. The kids went later & said the same thing about her. The room had some cosmetic issues but nothing major. Parking should be included in hotel stay instead of extra.

Smooth check in, had to add extra nights which was easily accommodated. Added rooms effortlessly for family. Housekeeping saved my daughters pillow that she left. Pool nice, clean but pool room cold!! Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel is a lot of fun for kids with the huge atrium and glass elevator bank. The pool is in a nice location, also good for kids and adults who want to chill. There is a 2nd floor walkway connection to the mall,and you can walk thorugh the mall to get to any number of downtown restuarants, and there are many nearby. Also there is a great view of the Indiana state house from many of the rooms. We had a great stay here!
