Great choice for traveling with kids. Super convenient, walkable to John place for brunch. No parking but backstreet parking is free from 8pm to 8am, and can add parking fees after 8am through apps.

It was fantastic. My wife and I rarely get away from the children by ourselves, so when we do we want to be pampered. We were definitely made to feel like royalty here…. Fabulous. Thank you for the hospitality.

We had an overnight getaway as a family of three and inwas a light nervous how our 5 yo would be received when seen around the beautiful hotel. I don’t know honestly if I’ve ever had such a warm experience at any other hotel! We all three talked about how we can’t wait to go back again!

This was not just a nice hotel visit, it was an EXPERIENCE. We met Rene Rodriguez-Vega & he made us feel like we were the two most important people EVER. His warmth was sincere. Turns out we have family in Sonoma Valley, California and knew about the Hilton burning there in 2017 where he was working at the time. He exuded enthusiasm to be working in Indianapolis. What a man! And so classy. Rene was interested in us and made our arrival special. Later, I looked at the art and snooped around on the second floor. The custodians there, and an executive, were PROUD of the artwork, the HOTEL and it gave me a feeling they love working there. They wanted me to soak in the beauty of the vast collection of art and feel free to look anywhere. We felt welcomed and nurtured. Started planning a return visit while we were still there. I always like staying at the Conrad. My only complaint is the pool was too cold to swim. My kids look forward to the pool as bad could not even enjoy being it! For the money being paid to stay at such a nice hotel…the pool should definitely be nice and warm.

Pool closed when we ask they said it was on there web site No where to get a snack or food a drink ...not family friendly Morning limited room service very expensive... Nothing for children
