Pay to park everywhere in downtown - street and garage parking costs. It IS within walking distance to the mall, pacers stadium, and lots of food choices. Though anywhere you choose to eat that has live music - does not allow children.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. It was in a great location where we could walk to many restaurants and shops. The valet parking while expensive was worth every penny. Our car was always available timely and the staff was great. Our room was a little small especially with utilizing the pull out couch but it worked for what we needed. For convenience, I appreciate there being a bathtub in a downtown hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a good hotel room was spacious and clean. This hotel is right in downtown Indy. There was some kind of event going on when we stayed here. There was music playing out on the street and people drinking. This lasted til 1-2am which was kind of annoying but we're a late night family anyways. That was the only downside to the hotel but that's not their fault. Would stay here again!

The Hampton Inn was VERY busy during our stay. The lobby on the first floor was extremely busy, especially in the evenings, and very loud/crowded. Breakfast on the 2nd floor was also quite busy. The area downtown wasn't the most walkable or family friendly. Overall, we had no problems with our stay, but I think next time I might try to find a quieter hotel/location.

Valet made parking really easy and simple, front desk staff was super friendly and made sure to be accommodating for my two toddlers. Housekeeping did a wonderful job when I asked them to come by and check in and check out was real simple and quick. Top tier staff and wonderful customer service. Thank you all.

Staff was very nice, however we had hoped to walk around downtown to visit and homelessness was a huge problem in the area, it wasn’t a very family friendly area. The rooms looked updated, but there was some definite wear and tear on the facility, our box spring head a huge visible stain and the restroom had cracked tile and wobbly toilet. And parking was $40 dollars a night for the valet service….although I will say they were very friendly and did a great job.

There were paint chips flying out the the heating vent. The shower floor was slick and not non skid mat available.
