It was okay. We had 4 children the room was very narrow and pool was tiny. Over all it met our needs for one night. Couldn’t do more than that with kids.

This was a nice hotel overall. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the pool was very small but not terrible for a quick dip with kids. The workers such as the front desk and the valet parking were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very clean hotel. Overall a decent place, not upset overall.

Hotel was very nice it was hard to find the entrance. The pool was a little small but the water was very nice and the grandkids had fun playing with other travelers. I would come again

Housekeeping is still "upon request." For a Hilton property I don't think it's too much to ask for daily cleaning. Also as it was a family trip I wasn't too keen on the homeless folks talking to themselves and hanging around the alley where the valet is located. Overall pretty pleased, room was spacious, price was reasonable, and it served our needs well.

The property is family friendly. The suites are very spacious. The staff and valet service were always nice and friendly to us.

The property overall was good and I reserved it the day we were staying because it had a pool and our kids were looking forward to it. When we get there, turns out something is wrong with the “lock” and the pool is inaccessible. We were very disappointed as this was the primary reason for choosing this property. A notice at time of check in would’ve been nice to at least plan for something else but we were not made aware until we were ready to go to the pool. They didn’t try and make it better in any way, they said they couldn’t do anything since we reserved through Expedia which makes me wonder if I should reserve through Expedia again since we always reserve through here but since the hotels do not honor anything unless it’s directly with them, we will definitely consider that in the future.

Great location. Convenient to walk to Lucas oil stadium. Also, for parents, the pool was a great temp. Shallow for kids. Great experience. Staff was super friendly.

We had a great stay! The entire staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I will be bringing my family back.

Everything was great! Room was spacious enough for 3 adults/ 2 kids with the 2 queen and pull out sofa bed. Free breakfast had lots of options. All the staff was courteous and helpful. I wish the pool was bigger/deeper (the deepest end is only 3.5') but it sufficed for an hour of entertaining the kids. It should be noted that valet parking is pretty much required as there's not any free parking around the area ($37?/night).... but it does include in & out privileges. Like the rest of the staff, the valets were quick and efficient and had my car ready in a matter of minutes.

Hotel was great. We will be back for sure. Breakfast was great too. It was concerning to walk around the area with kids and see homeless people everywhere. And it was not clean. But this has nothing to do with the hotel. Hope they can share with the city.
