The staff was fantastic including making sure to acknowledge that we were celebrating a fun birthday in our family. It was a great location, quiet, and it was nice to have the cafe area too.

Positives - staff was exceptional! I loved the building design! The texting feature was great! It really made things so much easier. Communication from the hotel was superb. Area around the hotel felt very safe. Walking distance to Lucas Oil as well as Gainbridge and Monument Circle. Skywalk to circle centre was nice ! Bed was very comfortable. Loved the scent of the shampoo. Cons- No Microwave in the room. No complimentary WiFi or breakfast (which I am sure is common at higher end hotels). Chair in the room was peeling. One bed was alittle to close to the wall. Pillows were not great one was as lumpy and the other was way to soft. Parking is in a parking garage across the street which will run you $30 for 24 hours . Valet parking from the hotel is $53 . All in all I would stay again. It was a great experience for the kids to see a higher end hotel with some historical architecture.

Overall great hotel, only complaint is that I went into the bar 25 min before close and they said they were done cooking for the night which I wasn’t to bothered by but I thought it was rude that they were playing there music over the speakers super loud while I had a cocktail and a family with kids were trying to enjoy dinner.

Location good, rooms small for price, lots of noise in lobby area and kids in hallways, wait times for elevators long

Took 45 minutes to valet making us late for a concert. Drunk college kids banging on our door at 2:30am. Room was just okay. Beds are tiny.

The staff & valet service were great! The room was spacious & had a very comfortable bed. The down side was at 1:00 am a baby crying started & lasted for 29 mins. Wish we were given a room away from family with young children.

Dont recommend the breakfast. Cost is $25 a person and food isnt that great. Really unhappy that i had to pay that much for a kid that ate a single mini yogurt container.

My family and I were asleep in our room. At 2am, someone, somehow, entered our room. Imagine being asleep with your family, and someone opens the door, while your wife and kid are asleep in the room. Thankfully, I woke up and was able to scare this potential thief? Burglar? Who knows….after they closed the door and ran down the hallway, I called the front desk to tell them that someone just entered our room, and the advice from the front desk was “Yeah, um. Maybe use the door latch to lock the door. THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE and overly priced. It peaked in the late 80’s or early 90’s. Seriously. Avoid.

I while the staff was very friendly and very nice, this hotel is NOT worth staying at. My family stayed and we were completely ripped off for what we were charged. The whole hotel is dated. The room was dates and furniture was clearly very worn and the bathroom…was beyond dated!! For what we were charged I expected significantly more out of our room. The mattress was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully we booked only a night and decided to move to the Hilton at 1/2 the price for the remainder of of our stay. The OMNI hotel is no where near a 4 star hotel.
