Pleasant hotel to stay except that kids from neighbouring rooms made some noise at night

When there is a group of young adult male soccer players in the building it would be appreciated if staff told them to not act like small children playing around in their rooms until all hours. I had to call the front desk to get them to stop stomping on the floor above me and walking heavy keeping me awake. In addition to this, my second night I looked over on the bedside table and saw ants and at that moment packed my things and wanted to leave in the middle of the night. Not sure how small black hats got into my room.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Nice facilities and very clean. Will stay there again and appreciated the warm and helpful nature of the staff to me and my children.
