We stayed at this hotel again despite a bad experience last summer.
On the first night we got there, when we entered the room it was hot, despite it being very mild outside and the rest of the hotel being cool.
Turns out the AC only worked for maybe 20 minutes of our whole stay.
On the third night they offered us a different room when we arrived around 9 PM ready for bed. They never bothered to call us during the day when we still might have considered changing rooms. We packed up and left instead of staying here again.
The only redeeming thing about this hotel is breakfast. My kids are suckers for hotel breakfast. Nevertheless, even if this is the last hotel available, next time we’d just choose not to travel rather than staying here again.
To boot, the EV chargers they advertise are routinely occupied by gas cars, and the hotel can’t be bothered to post signs saying EV charging only. They’ve had a year to fix this, at least.
0/10, would not stay again.

Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our requests for additional towels, pillows, cleaning were responded to promptly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The sleeper sofa was fine for sitting but not very comfortable for sleeping. Our second night there was a group with several small children in the room next to ours and we did hear quite a bit of noise through the wall. The facilities 24-hour fitness room boasted multiple exercise machines as well as free weights. The breakfast buffet that included made-to-order omelettes was excellent. Overall, it was a good stay.

Lobby has an excellent presentation. Kiosk check in is a great new update for desk services. Breakfast was decent continental breakfast. Room was clean but duvet on one bed was stained. Furniture was dated and battered. Im sure the wear and tear from traveling families do not help. But being in the hotel business and taking 20% incidental fee from your bill they should manage a few upgrades. I was originially told the incidental fee was 50 dollars from an email however once checking in it was 20% of my bill. That was interesting. My hope as consumers gove them business they will try to keep the upgrades up. The mattress to hideaway bed was horrible a definite needed upgrade.

We had an overnight stay for a quick family weekend. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Our suite was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Overall the room was clean but felt like it could really use a good scrub, the grout on the shower had spots that were very brown. The couch looked very worn and had several stains, and we needed to use the sofa sleeper.

I have been staying at this location off and on for the past 6 yrs. and have never experienced an issue. That all changed on Fri, Mar.29, 2024. I booked the weekend and was due to checkout on Sun. When I arrived that night I found they gave my paid room away, which left me with no opportunity to cancel or get a refund. I had to accept a king suite. I was told this was my fault for checking in late and for reserving through Expedia!
I ended up having to make a reservation at another location for the weekend for part of my family, which was a huge inconvenience. I tried meeting with the manager on 3 different occasions to no avail. I reached out to her twice via email to no avail. Nothing at all was done to correct this mistake and all I received was an attitude and no accountability from the employees there. Honestly, the only positive thing happened at checkout. I met Ms.Ashley a little too late. She was very pleasant. She wasn't made aware of my issue. After telling her what happened she apologized and didn't play a blame game, nor tried to deflect. It was a little too late though.
There was no reason I should have had to pay double to accommodate my family. The Embassy did offer to reserve another room for me, but wanted to charge my card they had on file. That was suggested by one of the agents, Paige. She listened to my complaint with a smile and after I left she complained to another coworker, who in turn called me with an attitude...still haven't heard from management

The property was great and clean. The only thing I could complain about it booking a 2 queen suite for me and my 4 kids, and ending up in a king room, where we had to cram everyone into the bed and small sofa sleeper, which ended up being uncomfortable for my 2 teens that got stuck on it the entire time. I purposely book rooms with 2 beds and a couch so this doesnt happen. If I had known this, I wouldve opted for the cheaper stay nearby, with ample bed space and the proper room that I booked.
Aside from that big blunder, the rooms are nice and clean, staff is very kind, and there are tons of earing options literally 1min from the hotel.

I am not one to complain, but because there were so many little things that were a problem I felt compelled to leave a review. We booked a suite for myself, my MIL and my two young daughters because the reviews were great and specified great for families. Again, small things but there was only one towel hook, breakfast ended at 9 am on a weekday, not enough towels, the pool was so cloudy you would not see in it, the layout of the living area made no sense. A lot of bulky furniture and it felt very crowded. Overall the room was not super clean (dirt in the corners of the rooms) and there was a musty smell I believe was coming from the carpet. The beds were great, bedding was amazing and very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Overall I was disappointed with our stay.

Overall the stay was nice, staff was nice and friendly. But the fire alarm going off and having to rush out at 2:30am with my children was scary for me and my children.

When we got there for check in we got our room and as we get upstairs i find that it was not the room we booked through expedia. I booked a room with 2 queen size beds and a pull out sofa for my wife, sister, and 3 kids. There was no possible way that we were all going to fit in this room. I immediately went downstairs and talked to this well mannered young lady. She explained to me that my room was never actually reserved and I was just given what was available. She offered to see if the hotel across the street had anything available but everybody was upstairs in the room and i did not want to lose the parking spot i had because of the limited parking. The hotel ended up having to give us another room down the hall. I wasnt comfortable with this at all in the beginning because i have 2 girls. My sister ended up having stay with them in a separate room. The experience was ruined but we were all tired already from the ordeal and just went to sleep. Terrible experience to find that my room was never even reserved.
