HYATT house Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville

Stayed for a quick one night stay to let kids swim in pool. Service was top-notch from all staff, front desk staff was very friendly. Nice to have a door separating bedroom from main area.

The room that they gave us is really dirty! The bed had a very disgusting thing in it that my kids actually touched it! So disappointing! very very disgusting!

We enjoyed our stay here at the Hyatt House. You really felt like you were at home because the room had a functioning kitchen and it was cozy. Staff was friendly. And always available when we needed assistance. The pool hours were great And the breakfast had a lot of choices. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Definitely worth checking out.

The service was excellent at this hotel. The front desk employees were very welcoming and my family had a pleasant experience. I will absolutely use them again because they accept dogs and I travel with my dog, so that's very important. The pool was a nice temperature.

francesa was great, however this property needs serious updating. the couch and mattress were terrible, it was not comfortable. the pool was cold if you are traveling with a baby, I wouldn't suggest to swim here.

Upon check in I was given a room type that was not the same that I had booked and paid for. Upon showing the booking the front desk staff was able to help changed my room closer to other family members! It is a nice hotel and this was my second stay. I would stay here again when I visit Chicago again!!

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms with clean and spacious kitchen and bathroom. Close to Central DuPage Hospital, DuPage Children's Museum, restaurants and ice cream shops in downtown Naperville, etc. Overall, we had a good stay, except for one specific issue. We were in town for early morning appointments at the hospital knew we'd want to rest in the early afternoon before departing. I had asked for a late checkout (2:30 PM) when I booked the hotel. No response. I called the day before check-in and they said "Not a problem." I asked during check-in and they said "Not a problem. We added it to your reservation and will let housekeeping know." Then, as we're resting on the day of checkout, I got a call from the front desk at 12:20 PM telling me that we were supposed to have checked out by 12:00 PM. They also said there was a note in my file that said I had a late checkout, but they didn't know how late. I told them 2:30 PM. They said ok. Then I started to load the car and left my child in the room for a moment while I took a load to the car (at about 12:30 PM). While I took a load out to the car, housekeeping entered the room because they thought they saw me leaving (do not enter sign still on door). I was gone perhaps 3 minutes and had JUST talked to the front desk and said 2:30 PM. Overall, I like the hotel. However, I was really frustrated by this lack of communication within their team.

This was so accommodating for my family with our infant son.
