Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville

Room was nice and clean. Pool door to outside was in disrepair and water exceptionally cold! There were children running the halls and jumping in the room above us very late into the night. Staff were friendly and helpful. They

Great water pressure. Breakfast could use improvement. Everyday, either egg sandwich or scrambbled eggs with bacon. No other meat. One morning- no paper plates, had to use cereal bowls. But that was fine because if you wanted oatmeal or cereal there was no white milk, only chocolate. Hard to eat that on oatmeal or cereal if you dont care for chocolate. Computer room, never could access because they had no internet working on it the entire time we were there. Went to do a load of wash, did not have laundry soap- they did tell us where stores were to buy. If you want a quiet experience, forget it, young children running down halls screaming. Luckily they did not stay up late

We had a great 3 night stay. We were in town for a family event so we’re only at the hotel for a quick breakfast and to sleep. Property a little older but very clean. Pool was small but we weren’t there for the pool. All staff encountered were very friendly. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

I wasn't impressed at all. The rooms were ok and clean. However i wasn't happy with them not having a fridge to store milk in for the baby and wasnt able to get one cause none were working. No Breakfast till 7am. We travel alot for wrestling and other sport events and never have we not been able to have breakfast before we leave. The pool smelled like Chlorine but had a little green tint. This hotel might be nice for some but we wont book this one again/

I stayed in a lovely, cozy hotel room with soft beds and carpet. The shower was great, having a multi-setting showerhead. I will say that the TV was small and low-quality and the Wi-Fi didn't work for most of the weekend I was there, but I didn't find those things essential to my stay. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of food and drink options. The pool was a bit over-chlorinated, but it also wasn't necessary for my stay. Overall, this hotel is ideal for single people on business trips or families wanting to save some money. It is surrounded by nice restaurants and is only a few miles from downtown Naperville, so the location is plus. The hotel is clean and well-kept and the staff is friendly, but definitely don't expect a 5-star atmosphere. It worked for me and I enjoyed my stay. I definitely got my money's worth at $89 a night! :-)
