SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville/Warrenville

Great stay. Staff was awesome. I love the fact that it was kid friendly. My girls had a ball. Pool was big and more then half the time we had it to ourselves. Room very big and spacious with a kitchenette which definitely was helpful. The only thing was my little one did not like the pullout bed said it was old and you guys need to replace it but we will definitely be back

Staying in this hotel was a fantastic experience; my family and I enjoyed every second. Incredibly, the breakfast was so filling.

The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Will return here again. My children were happy and comfortable. The staff was great and showed true customer service and were very polite. Took care of all my needs. Great job all of them from each shift and so was housekeeping

My 9 yr old daughter and I enjoyed the long weekend with my toddler Grand Boys. The hotel is in a perfect location conveniently near the express way and Shopping. The Staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast and the pool were the icing on our stay. We'll definitely return when we need a getaway in the future.

We were able to check in early which was great. We returned from our family Christmas party to no water in our room. evidently a pipe burst. The lady behind the counter was fantastic and switched rooms which also had no water. The fire alarm went off and we were in the lobby for a good hour. The lady behind the counter was very calm and good at keeping everybody calm in a difficult situation. If it weren't for her then I would say the stay was horrible. We were able to return to our rooms and by the time we woke up the pipes were fixed and we were able to get ready for the Christmas party the next day. You can't fight mother nature but how you handle an issue is more important than the issue itself and she did great!

The suite was comfortable for our family with the fridge and kitchenette sink. The kids loved the pool.

Comfortable for our big family. We brought in pizza and ate in lobby seating. Kids used the pool. Breakfast was provided with variety.

Great place and location for our family soccer tournament stay with good restaurants and entertainment near! Go visit Al's Pizza!!
