Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hoffman Estates, an IHG Hotel

Traveled with family, my spouse and 2 teens. Stayed from Saturday June 8 - Tuesday June 11. The front desk is very friendly and the breakfast crew is awesome always keeping the breakfast bar stocked up. The only downside was the housekeeping. You must request it and I did on 2 different days and it was not done. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.

It was very comfortable for my family and reasonable price.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The beds and pillows are very comfortable,my adult kids also agree. Staff were so nice and helpful. I will definitely stay again

It was very clean and within walking distance to the arena that we went to for a concert. There was a main event entertainment spot for the kids to play within walking distance also. Lot’s of food options near by as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our family. It was a great experience.

Very clean, newer property, friendly staff, great location. We will make this our homebase when we are visiting family in the area again! Breakfast was wonderful, there is an automatic pancake machine which my kids that was pretty fun! Property was very well kept up, all the staff that we encountered were friendly, especially Raina at the front desk. The pool is small, and there is no hot tub, but the pool room was warm, and I actually liked the smaller space for my younger kids, the pool is 4 feet deep at the most, so it was easier to keep tabs on them. Plenty of pool towels. Nice linens on the bed & room AC was great. Perfect stay to visit family nearby for myself and my two boys ages 2 and 5. There is a huge Cabela’s sporting goods store just across the parking lot so that was fun to see the animals (taxidermy) and they even have an aquarium of fish like at a zoo. Fun diversion.

First time staying at this place and it was very nice. No problem with parking. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was good. Amenities was good. Interior was really nice. Staff was great with greeting and service. Quiet zone was nice to have. No problems with noise. The room was so nice. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The bedroom was nice and spacious. The actual bed was super soft and comfortable. Slept like a baby. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at for the week. It was a 20 min drive to my job which was not too bad but it was worth it. I will be booking again if the opportunity comes up.

Nice oasis traveling for family
