Nice quiet location in a good area. My family enjoyed it. They are in the midst of a face lift so its slightly messy but not intrusive or loud. The pool was good and they have a nice basic workout area. No breakfast but hot coffee most of the time and a nice cafe within a short walk. Will stay again when we are back for soccer

Nice and quiet. Had to get last minute reservation for my kids and i and everything went smooth..

There were urine stains all over the floor ; people smoking in the hotel rooms , the fire alarm kept going off every hour , the pool didn’t open till 6 pm was never stated that it would be that way on the web sight. I have 2 infants and my baby sitter left me at 2am because of how disgusting the room was.

I often stay in this hotel when I am visiting family in the area. The staff are very friendly and always ask if they can do anything for me. The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. They currently do not have breakfast in the morning but there is an amazing breakfast and lunch restaurant right next door. There are restaurants very close on the main street.

I didnt like that the room was not the cleanest but after 7 hours of driving, 2 sleepy children and the ling process i ended up facing because of hotels.com, i wa too tired and aggravated to complain and on top of that my key stopped working but the staff i encountered was great and very helpful in my situation.

I was disappointed, not in the staff at the hotel, they were great but the hotels.com agents that i dealt with. It was realized at check in that i had the wrong dates for my reservation, so i was told what i needed to do. I went through the chat now on the hotels.com website to fix the problem and went thru the long process to correct my mistake but it never got corrected, so i had to do it over again which extended my check in time to over an hour and the hotel staff ended up having to do something to go on and get me checked into a room because the email she needed for the change has still not come through to her, so that tells me if she would not have done what she did, i would have still been in the lobby waiting. I arrived a little after 10 and by the time i got a room it was close to midnight. The email I received didnt come through to my email until after 3 am. This was very disappointing especially after driving for 7 hours with 2 small children. I reserved 2 rooms and now im looking at having to pay an added fee for changing the date on my reservation after i was told they would ask staff to waive the fee. I dont complain too often, but this was a bit much after such a long drive.
