The gym was one of the biggest and most well stocked that I've had in a hotel. The downstairs lobby was spacious, clean, and inviting to meet with friends and family in the area. The hotel is in the middle of a vast shopping district but it still in a quiet and calm area. Great option in the suburbs of Chicago!

My kids and I stayed for a night while visiting family in the area. The service was nice and helpful. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. My kids enjoyed their stay and we plan on coming back in the near future.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and that my needs were met (ie. Helping me with door dash delivery). Bartender was fabulous...he treated everyone like family! The rooms were okay. Nothing fancy but seemed clean.
