I was exhausted upon check in, traveling with 2 kids under 4. Justin was exceptional in getting my family situated, his customer service is unmatched.

My family and I came for my graduation. The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and nice as well. We'd stay here again if in the area.

The pool is very small. There was a family reunion and it left no time avail for other guest. Room was tiny. 2 queen beds and abt 4 feet in-between. Family of 4 and they had 2 towels and half roll of toilet paper in the room.

The hotel was modern, looked nice and clean, and location was excellent. My complaints was that the pool was very small. No hot tub. Not many chairs in the pool area, and the floor was incredibly wet and dirty. I was constantly afraid my young children were going to slip and fall. In our room, there was no curtain to cover the window. There were curtains, but no came across over the window. So we had to have them open all night - again not great especially with young children. The air conditioner made a loud annoying noise every time it kicked on. The hotel breakfast was very average. For these reasons, I would not stay again.

We were given a warm welcome and a speedy and early check-in when we stayed for a nearby soccer tournament. Everyone was polite, enthusiastic, and kind! The room was clean and the beds were cozy! The kids had a blast swimming in the pool, too.

Great stay in Schaumburg! Conveniently located near Woodfield Mall and a variety of restaurants, but the hotel area was still quiet and peaceful. Rooms were comfortable with top notch cleanliness! Michael at check-in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast area is small, but had all the essentials for a pleasant complimentary breakfast. Only bummer is that the pool area is very small and stuffy where it can only comfortably fit two or so families, but overall a very solid stay!

Stayed at this hotel for New Years Eve with 4 other families. We spent most of the time in the lobby. The hotel staff was very accommodating and very kind to our children. The best staff member we work with was Rio at the front desk. She went above and beyond to be sure we had an awesome stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, nothing over the top but hey it was available.

We like to stay at Hampton. This particular hotel is in a great location, especially for families, and it has a wonderful restaurant and delicious options for breakfast. The room was very good. Our only concern was that controlling the AC system was difficult, thus the room was cold most of the time and the AC fan would not stop. This was the annoying part of our stay. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience.
