SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield

We arrived early and the staff allowed us to check in, which gave my grandchildren the opportunity to swim. The front desk was handling a situation that required police assistance. They remained focused on us and never let on there was a problem. Having been in similar situations they continued to be professional. Thank you for giving my family a great stay.

The property was very convenient to our actual destination. Highly recommended for families. Very clean and close to a lot of food options.

Springhill is very well kept clean. The rooms are very clean. When i called for items from guest services they were able to get them to me in very good timing. Both gentlrmen that checked us in and out were very knowlegeable, able to check-in and check-out quickly. The gentleman that checked us in was anle ro get me some tea as i needed because i started not feeling well. The gentleman that checked us out was also very pleasant checking us out. My kids were even surprised and happy how pleasant and nice he is.

Hi I arrived at 2:50 which is about ten minutes before check in I was informed that they were over booked and I had to wait in see can they find me a room after I had already paid for it at about 3:35 they finally found me a room which was not cleaned when my children and I made it inside I told the front desk they took me to another room that was cold but my kids and they just dealt with it because it was only for one night

This hotel s a superb place to stay for families, couples or individuals. The staff is professional and friendly. I will absolutely stay here again, in the very near future!

We checked in later than expected and waited in the lobby longer than I'd like (5-10 min) before being greeted by staff. Once greeted staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel is clean and modern with lots of space in the suite. Pool was too chilly for my taste but the kid didn't mind. Overall a great place to stay for the rate.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room is very large and spacious and cozy. I am traveling with my two children and this was the perfect place. It was quiet. The beds are very comfortable.

First off, checked in online with an email from Marriott. Get to the hotel later than we expected, but we said when making the reservation, it was going to be late. Only to find out they oversold the hotel and we didn't have a room, EVENTHOUGH I CHECKED IN ONLINE!! They put us up for the night in the Marriott hotel that shares a parking lot "complimentary", even though this trip was booked in December of 2022 (time of trip was June 2023) and FULLY paid for. That's fine, we at least didn't have to sleep in the van with 2 kids. They told us to call in the morning to get it figured out, we did and were told we had to pack up and move all of our stuff back to the originbal hotel, that a room was ready. PErfect, pack everyone and move it in to the other room. Only to find that the toilet does not flush (after toddler used it and thought she broke it) had to call three different times to get someone to fix it. Then our refrigerator leaked water all over our leftover food, so that had to be thrown away, and icing on the cake was the sink for the "wet bar" leaked all over the things we stored under in there to keep it out of the way. This is our 4th year staying here and man has it really gone down hill since the first stay. Just disappointed all together. Oh and the pool heater was broken, making it too cold to swim in.

We felt welcome and cared for when our family needed a place to lay our heads after attending a family gathering. Thanks.
