This hotel is near to many qood restaurants and woodfield mall. Rooms were clean. Front desk offered drawing papers and crayons for little ones. Overall great experience.

We were travelling with our 2 children. The location is easy to access from the road and the entrance is accessible. Parking was a little tight, but not too bad. There's a pool and exercise facilities. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. It was mostly quiet while we were there. The room was very nice; very clean and in good condition.

I'm never disappointed at a Marriott property. The Fairfield Inn & Suites was a wonderful place to stay while we visited family and met up with friends after Christmas. The entire hotel was built in 2018, so nothing is outdated or worn. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The bathroom light switch is a nightlight – it glows when the light is flipped off, so you can use the bathroom in the middle of the night without having to turn on the big blinding light. THAT is such a simple fix to an annoying problem, and I love it. We will stay here again next time we're in town.

The front desk and shuttle staff were excellent. We traveled with our infant and the pack and play provided was in great condition. There is a restaurant right outside the hotel called The Local where we went for dinner and loved the food. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was the best I've seen. Highly recommend this hotel.

We rented this place because of the ‘family friendly’ features. Pros: clean, extra blankets in room Cons: walls are thin (you could hear the next door people going in and out of their room and when they showered), fridge did not feel cold enough, parking lot was small, elevators slow… pool was packed all the time.

The staff seemed too busy talking to help. I asked 3 times if pizza had been delivered and they said no. Only to go to my room and find my pizza sitting on the floor. Also the pool water was freezing cold. I mentioned to the front desk that it was my 4 year olds bday party and the kids were shivering.

I only stayed there based on the reviews…boy were they wrong. First off the the halls were so noisy, kids of all ages slamming doors. A lot of the rooms had 5-9 kids staying in a 2 bed room. Pool was big but a lot of the kids were unattended by adults and were ruff housing. There was no one monitoring unattended kids or the amount of kids in one room. It was a mess. Very confused about the high rating. Will never go back.
