Our room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. The walls were so thin (no soundproofing at all), so we could hear the family with crying babies on one side and a dog barking and loud partying on the other side of us, well past midnight. It was very unpleasant.

I couldn't recommend this hotel more. Our check in experience was fantastic the staff were warm and funny and made us feel right at home. Our room was in the 5th floor and we were able to park close to the door where the elevator was located. The room was super clean, the beds were so comfortable and I would absolutely love to know where I can buy their pillows. The bathroom was a bit small but that did not detract from our experience. Hotel was very quiet in the halls even with numerous events happening below. We did not go to the restaurant attached as I feel 16.99 is a bit expensive for breakfast but there are many options within a 5 minute drive. My husband kids took advantage of the pool and hot tub. The area was very clean and we didn't see any evidence of it being moldy or dirty as I have see other reviews state. We visit the area quite often and will stay here again. 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fake eyelash right on the counter of our vanity when we arrived. That made us feel as though the room wasn’t clean. There is no continental breakfast. They have a restaurant in the building that you can get a buffet. The eggs weren’t even warm! Later, because we didn’t feel like going out again, we decided to eat there again for dinner. We waited for over an hour for our food. It was not busy. When we got it none of my family of four finished our food. The sweet potato fries were served cold. It was the worst Hilton experience we have ever had.

This hotel was a joy. Staff was so accommodating. Very nice restaurant… although a bit pricey. Beautiful large park across the street. Very nice gathering places for gathering with family.

the pool area was infested with millipedes and was gross. when i told the front desk they were shocked but the pool looked like it was from the 80s. the pool is also in the basement. i was also disappointed to hear there were two elevators so to visit my family in the same hotel we would have to take both of them instead of walking down the hall. overall not the best hotel and disappointing for $250

I was here on business to usual a complex machine and was unable to sleep due to the symphony of inconsiderate children roaming the halls and knocking on my door twice a night looking for their friends. I heard there were 600 of them stacking the rooms. I switched hotels to the Marriot for the last 4 nights of my stay for some peace and quiet. How was it that these childred weren't asked to quiet down before 2am? The front desk were awesome, however. Great service and very helpful in rearranging my dtay as meeded.

Kaleigh who did the check in process made it a breeze for me. There were two kids on separate occasion that had their foot punctured by broken glass settling on the bottom of the pool floor. We did NOT have enough time to enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi because when the pool was shot down early, every kids were at the jacuzzi and sauna. Otherwise, all were great !

I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel as we have family that lives nearby. Most important, it is always clean. That is important to me. The beds are comfortable (although you have to watch out not to bang into the baseboards that stick out) and the gym/pool area is clean as I always use these facilities. The shower/toilet is in one area and it is a SUPER small area. My husband is a bigger man and struggles to get in and out. (we laugh about it). The hot water is awesome but you could really scald yourself so be careful. Unfortunately, there were two issues with my recent stay. I recommend NOT getting a room near the elevator. Granted, it was New Years Eve and a lot of people were in and out. I heard the "ding" of the elevator all night and people talking which was near my room. Secondly, there was a DOG that barked late at night and in the early morning which woke me up both times. The dog barked while in the lobby. When I checked out I complained to the desk clerk. She really could care less and offered a simple "sorry". She seemed more interested in tearing down the Christmas decorations. Now that's just my opinion but she did not show much empathy. I will definitely stay there again but will ask for a room far from the elevator.

Let me start with the pros about this hotel. It is clean, which is a high priority for me. It was comfortable and quiet. Plenty of hot water. (Be careful, you could burn yourself!) The parking was abundant and the breakfast (not free) was good. The cons about the room are the bed frames. They protrude out and you can easily run into them, which my husband did at 2:00 am! I did once too and my skin bled. The exercise room is so small. Three people can barely fit in there comfortably which was disappointing, but it was clean. The indoor pool is big and would be great for families. I did not actually go in. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.
