Over the past five years I've stayed in numerous hotels in the area, and this is the best by far. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, beautiful pool, free parking, Starbucks in the lobby, upscale breakfast/dinner options while dining fireside in the tastefully decorated lobby. As a woman traveling alone I felt completely safe. Highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers, couples and families!

The garbage was overflowing at door B, where we walked in to access the elevator to our room. Immediately the smell of the air fresheners/deodorizers were so overpowering that it made our eyes burn and began coughing. No coffee, hot water or even cold water was available in the lobby. The pool area was overwhelmed by kids and the hot tub area also had small children in it. So we did t use either. This seems to be a pattern at hotels these days; diapered children sitting in the hot tubs😣no soap in our bathroom; One of the hotel staff were cleaning a room next to us and had the cart right outside the door, and I asked for a bar of soap for the bathroom and she told me I had to go down to the lobby to ask for it. We pre-paid (online) $10 each for my husband and I do have a “hot breakfast). It was a bistro sandwich (heated in an oven, and overdone) with 4 pieces of cantelope in a plastic cup and coffee and a juice. Very poor!

The hotel was great and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, she put us in a room that was already occupied. I walked in on a couple. It was super awkward and it was also very concerning to me. I was traveling solo with my 3 kids and I was worried that someone would accidentally be given our room with a key that would open our door. I know it was an accident but it was very unsettling. However, the room was great and the pool was very nice. Clean, plenty of clean towels and the atrium was awesome. My kids had a great time.

I thought the rooms were nice but the fact that I had to be next to someone that smoked marijuana was dissatisfying, and I had no heat in my room for a whole night but the fact that it got a little colder the next day, when we were back to the room after being out for more than 6 hours our room had not been cleaned and it was cooler out and I called and asked about heat. After they sent the maintenance person over and he couldnt fix it they moved us to a room on the 2nd floor which was hugely inconvienceing because I had 2 kids with me and it was very difficult to pack and un pack while making several trips from one room to another. Also I reserved pool time and there was no staff to open the pool up for us until later, and the water was freezing. This was just a bad experience here at this hotel and I feel as though they should cover one of my night stays I received for it.

Our family had a wonderful time there. They cleaned the room nicely we did not fine any problems while staying three days there.
