Estia Hotel and Suites

We woke up the 2nd day to children running back and forth in the room above us at 8am. My husband called the front desk and the person said he would take care of it. The running continued for an hour & my husband called again. Same response from front desk. Horrible. We were told the people checked out, but not soon enough for my taste. In order for the room to be cleaned, I had to let the front desk know the night before. My husband went down & told them we wanted service the next day. As we were leaving the following morning we saw the cleaning help and reminded them. We were out at 2 family functions that day and came back to the hotel about 11pm. The room was not cleaned. I took pictures of the unkempt room and went to front desk to complain. The attendant showed me in a printed sheet my room and even MY NAME on the list of rooms to be cleaned. He was not sure what happened. He offered to change my room. I told him no kids above me please. I was given a suite BUT WAS MOVING MY BELONGINGS AT MIDNIGHT after being out all day. I told the mgr at check out all that happened. He didn’t even offer to compensate me in any way. I had to demand it.

Good property to stay with family. Had a pool and good breakfast options. Staff can be a bit more friendly. Everything was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Overall this place is a solid place to stay if you are looking for something close to the airport and not looking for much. The first night was fine, the room seemed clean and the breakfast was decent. The second night we came back to our room we found that our room had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and they told us that they did not have enough staff to clean our room which was an odd thing to say. The same night it seemed like a bunch of high school kids booked the night there and were running up and down the hall screaming for hours. Other than that I would say don’t expect much. This place is average at best

We have stayed here a few times now and everything is always so clean and updated. The front desk staff is always friendly and we tried the breakfast for the first time this time and that was good, too. We will keep staying here when we visit our family.

The room was a great fit for a family of 4. The beds were comfy and had plastic covering the mattresses! Great for little kids that might have accidents. A wide variety of places to eat near the facility and the breakfast had many options!

We have stayed at this hotel three times and it has always been excellent! The people are nice and everything is very clean and up to date in every room we've had. We have family nearby and we will definitely stay her again.

Second stay here. We decided to come bck to this place for a family trip in our first stay. I think this means all you are looking for!
