Other then the kids finding a condom wrapper in the pull out couch the overall stay was nice. The breakfast included was really good. One of the best I've had in all the hotels I've stayed at.

Everything was great and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. But the laundry was bad, my clothes was not washed properly, water didn't drained at all it was soaken wet. The dryer didn't dry my family's swimming shorts and bathing suits. We left to the airport with wet clothes.

Everything with checking in and out was fine, the breakfast was good the only issues I encountered was my room was cold from the time I checked in till leaving when called the front desk to tell them about the heat not working they sent a Maintenance guy that came within a reasonable time frame but didn’t do anything but laugh and ask when was I leaving and simply cut off the air and left and said the room will eventually heat up but it didn’t so I went to the front desk to ask for a blanket and without looking said there was no more ; the pool was okay but I couldn’t enjoy the hot tub because it was overcrowded with kids n babies that wasn’t supposed to be in there to began with as their parents sat around drinking beer and allowed their kids to run wild … on top of all the stares me and my family received from the yt people I felt very uncomfortable and as if my presence was unwelcome and issues was not seen to because of my color skin

Staff at check in were friendly. Nice touch to provide snack bag for kiddo. Room 629 needs a bit of TLC- toilet ran constantly, sink is separating from counter top, annd overall wear and tear of kid friendly room was noted compared to suite I had my first visit. Pool needed cleaning, all drains had hair clogged on them, the hot tub and pool had debris floating. There was a conference of some sort but not overly crowded for a weekend. Free nightly drink is decent, gets super crowded near 7pm. Haven’t done the nightly snack bar but appears to be a hit. Breakfast had someone checking tickets which is uncommon for what I usually experience but staff was friendly. Breakfast options were good, & staff super friendly. Staff, cost, great experience first visit, and not so bad experience this time means I’d stay again.

This property was great for a family stay. The property was clean, bright and the staff were a great help. The breakfast had a great selection of items available to suit a range of diets and ages. My only one issue was the random times that housekeeping came. There seemed to be no structure and could turn up at any time. This could be quite an inconvenience.

Take my review with a grain of salt! I will never rate anyone or anything as perfect, because none are!! That said, i noticed some harsh reviews of this property and a few good ones. I stayed here because of its convenience to Ohare, and its amenities like the Full (real) breakfast that is free to those staying at the Hotel, and i have used 'Embassy Suites' in other stays at other locations and all were good, so we decided to try this one. Overall the rooms are Ok, clean and large (suite) which make them nicer than most hotels you stay at, and cheaper for the price in this area, and with the extra's Hilton gives you at this property, a much nicer stay in my opinion. With the Full Real breakfast the next morning I ordered my Omelet and enjoyed fully, so did my son, we were stuffed before we left. This makes this property though not the best, nicest newest in the area, actually one of the Best Deals around this area. There actually might be some cheaper and maybe even better, but in my experience, 'Embassy Suites' has been my families favorite for years. The only real knock on this property, was its a little bit noisy. The Place was packed and almost all rooms sold out, the parking lot was Full, so maybe i should expect that, or it was the parents not making their kids behave, or some other reason, but it just seemed a little noisy, but by the next morning as i enjoyed the breakfast before we set out on the next leg, i didn't care and enjoyed my stay!!!

Several things that were terrible. The noise level in the rooms as related to the other rooms on the floor. Whenever someone used the bathroom you could here the toilet flushing or the water being used. There was no fan vent in the bathroom. There was only one towel bar in the bathroom. The worst problem was the noisy children that I guess were in the lobby or reception area.We closed the door connecting the livingroom and bedroom area, in order to tone down some of the noise. No one seemed to care about other guest who also were in the hotel. No one informed them to tone down the noise. I will be bringing my grandchildren for my next visit since it is a play ground or amusement park for children. Have a blessed day.

We were greeted with a lady that had super broken English, not that it’s an issue and I appreciate her trying. However if you have someone doing customer service, you may want to make sure that the employee and customer can have a clear understanding and dialogue. There was some sort of children’s event going on so a bunch of kids running all over. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip, turned into a waste of money and we could have just stayed home to deal with screaming kids. We planned to go on the pool, but didn’t even try knowing it would have been overcrowded with kids. The hotel was beautiful and super clean. Breakfast looked great, but couldn’t get any due to all the people. I wish it was a bit more to what I consider suitable for relaxing, but fell super short.
