Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Mt. Prospect

Nice hotel. We booked a suite for our family of four. It was clean and had plenty of room. We didn’t use any of the amenities, but they looked nice. Breakfast was nice with a wide variety of options. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quieter and safe place to stay.

The front desk workers were polite, professional and accommodating. Breakfast was great and the kids loved the pool. It was perfect for our group to relax in a safe environment north of Chicago.

Good : Cleanliest 9.5 Dust on top of the light & walls need a good wipe down Breakfast 10.5 Staff 10.5 Pool 10 Quietness 10 Kid friendly -very comfortable bed firm pillow sheets clean couch clean sheets ice machine works lovely music outside at night restaurants are open past 10pm also there was a small gaming area open 24hr also my husband got a good workout also 24hrs Parking $11.00 underground felt safe Bad : unsupervised kids being very wild in pool and kept throwing a ball hitting other people the staff came in but they kept being wild . Great stay we will be back. Thanks !!!

Usually I go to Holiday Inn and I was planning to. We changed the plan last minute and we booked Hampton Inn instead. It was better than Holiday Inn near this hotel. So far my family and my friend's family enjoyed the experience. but they didn't gave us the room next each other. they gave us roo, 328 426(I booked same time) and pool is open 8am to 10pm and water temperature is little bit cool. Kind and generous Staff, Typical hotel breakfast but taste not too bad. We will visit here again.

We stayed here as a family while visiting my brother's restaurant. We choose to always stay here since it is down the street and we always have a great experience. Very nice hotel, private parking, pool, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Due to family, I travel to the Arlington Heights area about once every 5 to 6 weeks. I’ve stayed four times since January and changed from another hotel to this one to try it out. This hotel is fairly new, and it’s only about 10 minutes further. The place smells nice, like they have a hotel scent throughout, So I guess the only thing I’d say is, if you have allergies and those things bother you be aware…but it wasn’t overpowering it was just very nice and smelled clean. Honestly, the beds were very comfortable and I’d love to know where they buy their pillows. Rob and Jacob worked both of the days that I was in this week. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness was much appreciated this trip. My daughter and I went to the pool and it was nice too. Overall I’d give it a 4.75 out of five stars. You do HAVE to park on site AND pay for it. Still, I will probably be returning next month.

Loved this place! I had searched for a nice place for my husband and me to stay while we were in town for his 50th birthday. We normally stay in slightly lower-priced places, but obviously, this was a special occasion. I'm sorry to say that I picked the absolute WRONG place to begin with--our Friday night stay was at a Springhill Suites, and it was quite unpleasant. Kinda run-down, the room was cramped, the wifi was spotty, we had to ask twice for extra towels, the front desk woman said "Huh?" like I was a moron when I had a question, etc. So I cancelled our second night and had to quick find something else. Well, we lucked out on a special deal at this Hampton Inn--ended up spending $50 less on a new, clean, spacious room, with excellent customer service from beginning to end. I would dearly love to stay here every time we come to the area (lots of family nearby). I don't know if we can always afford it, but we can dream....

stay was wonderful, this hotel is in a perfect area with shopping, spa and movies close by. a little disappointing that my room was skipped for room service, but mistakes happen. i will definitely visit this hotel again, it is very close to family.

I have family in the area that I visit now, about once a month - this is my 4th stay in less than a year. I cannot speak for all Staff as I’ve not met them but I have interacted, on more than one visit with Rob, Bernadette and Maggie and, WOW they are ALL over the top-customer service! I will be back and booking for my March trip next week!
