Everything was amazing the people treat u like family. The staff will give u the shirt off there back that just how nice they are .

Room was comfortable especially the bed, but could use some upgrading. Takes hot water a very long time to come on. There was a foul smell from others cooking in the hotel which I presume is an extended stay type of place. Told me my credit card was not accepted but of course it was. Overall it was ok for 2 nights and it was close to my family.

The sliding shower doors were a plus. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The class of people for the most part were complaining or snobbish. Not ideal for kids.

We were not aware that there were homeless or illegal immigrants allowed to stay there. They had no consideration for others. Bringing entire families with children in diapers and underwear with no shoes in Chicago with negative temperatures. They were loud, took all the food and messy. I am a paying customer. My wife was extremely uncomfortable. We had to go out to a local diner.

The mirror in the hallway doesn’t have enough light to shave or put on makeup, also the breakfast has changed drastically, other family members we brought didn’t like the breakfast at all, we come to the Baymont every time we come to Chicago and the breakfast really isn’t like it used to be.

The mirror in the hallway doesn’t shine bright enough to shave or put makeup on, also, we stay there every time we come to Chicago, the breakfast has changed considerably, we brought family with us this time and they were very disappointed with the breakfast, we were also.
