Upon check in, was informed of a daily fee to park car in hotel parking lot. This should have been disclosed in advance. There was a junk car full of garbage! Full to the roof (except for the drivers seat)! This car did not have the purchased parking pass and when I asked the concierge, he said it belonged to a guest and that he didn't know why some had a paid parking pass and some didn't. We also requested connecting rooms. Called multiple times prior to arrival to ensure we got them since we were traveling as a family with children. Upon arrival, there were not only no connecting rooms, we didn't even get rooms next to each other. For $2000 for 3 nights, we should have been able to have our room next to our children's room. And for that price, why did I have to cough up an extra $10 per day to have my car in their parking lot? The hotel was housing some people displaced by a fire so there were many, many people sitting outside the front door, in their pajamas, smoking and hanging out. Probably why I lost my connecting rooms. Again, I paid a lot of money and because the hotel had a change of circumstance, it should not have affected me.

I did not check into this property. This hotel is in an unsafe surrounding. I did not feel safe bringing my grandchildren into the hotel or even leaving our vehicle. So basically I lost over $200 due to not knowing the area before booking.

The beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed being able to have a staycation away from the kids. Jazmine working the front desk was professional; offered suggestions from the menu at the restaurant ; helped answer every question and most of all had such a wonderful personality. We will definitely be back. Wish the restaurant would provide room service.

Property is very clean and well-kept. Staff is welcoming. The rooms are always clean and smell fresh. There is a coffee shop in the Lobby but the hours are somewhat limited, I wish it was open more throughout the day (closes at 11 AM on some days and 1 PM on others). Beds are super comfortable. Showers always have nearly instantly hot water. There's a lot of emergency vehicles that take the main road by the hotel towards the hospital that is down the street so sometimes it can be slightly noisy but the rooms are relatively well-insulated, you don't hear other guests in the rooms next door (other than the occasional slamming of a door or kids giggling down the hallway).

There are a of unattended children having parties with a lot noise which makes it difficult for customers who want to sleep. This issue should be addressed immediately.

Room was clean and I felt secure. The room had standard amenities (no microwave but did have a nice size fridge, however the safe didn't lock which meant I couldn't store my laptop which was a slight inconvenience. I was there for a very short stay so I didn't bother about requesting it to be fixed . The bathroom is small and I wish I was able to get a room with a walk in shower, However the bathroom was clean and well lit. The bedding was clean, comfy but the pillows offered little support. The hotel restaurant is waaaay overpriced therefore I ate at restaurants in the area. Plenty of them in the area. Didn't get in the pool, because there were a lot of kiddies :) However, it looked clean. The hotel location is convenient to Midway airport and is located within 2 blocks walking distance to a mini mall which includes TJMaxx, Marshalls, office depot and other various retail stores and 1 block away from a 24 hour Walgreens pharmacy and 1 1/2 miles from a UPS store and shipping. Convenient to tons of fast food and restaurants. The best thing was cleanliness, convenience and free parking! Because of the safe issue, I removed a star.

This property was good enough for our needs and was able to support multiple large groups without any bother to our stay (wedding, family reunion, baseball team). The lack of in-room dining ordering and $30 for a typical breakfast buffet were disappointing. While I appreciate the attempt to be pro-environment via the policy of housekeeping coming by every third day, this hotel needs a bit more frequent attention. When we got to our room, the pillow case had tears (almost like claw marks right across the middle - not subtle) , hairs in the bathroom. Also, there aren’t enough towels to last 2 people 2 days, let alone 3 so you’ll likely have to request fresh towels on your own. The bar is nice. The best feature is staff, who were al incredibly friendly and pleasant.

The kids loved the pool. Hotel was clean. I had go down to the desk several times asking for clean towels & garbage pick up. I finally seen a worker coming out of another room & asked them, if they can help.

I didnt Like how the fitness center was conducted to the pool. Little kids were in and out of the fitness room while I was Trying to work out. They were soaking wet from the pool and climbing on gym equipment and running around in my way.
