I am grateful we could be accommodated given the last minute booking after our original hotel canceled at the last minute. Bed is too soft for my liking. Room was adequate and we were able to get extra towels very quickly. If you need anything else, you have to go get it yourself. We needed paper cups/ plates and we were told to come down to get it. Breakfast was good but the menu could be expanded, especially for kids. Great shower.

Previous time front desk very warm ! This time front desk trainee told if caught smoking, ( which I don't) there's a 500 dollar fine . What a 20 yo. snot nose kid ! I won't be back.

This is our second time staying at this hotel first being for a funeral; second being for a family gathering. Overall the hotel isn’t bad it’s actually a nice clean hotel but the reason for the 3 stars is because of the elevator. It is terrible and needs to be replaced. It takes a very long time to come to the floor and it makes noise and shake while riding in it.

The hotel was clean and very eco friendly however I paid for somewhere quiet and even expressed to the lady at check in that I hoped there were no kids near my room so i could rest. That night there were children riding the lougage carts down the hall for almost an hour before someone stopped them. The next morning i was awakened by housekeeping slamming doors and playing loud music at 8am on a Saturday!

The breakfast included is in no way child friendly. No drink was included other than the complimentary coffee. We stayed as part of a dance competition that was happening at the Convention Center, so lots of children of various ages. It was clear this hotel is designed for business people vs catering to all. Plus there was an alarm going off for an hour and they couldn't figure out which room. It started going off at 550am... Less than pleased.

We were VERY VERY disappointed in the service and lack of communication with regard to children eating for free. Even though it is their tag-line on their website, apparently if you book through Hotels.com children do NOT eat for free. Also, we requested a late checkout and were given 30 minutes because we were not elite Holiday Inn members.

Having a handicapped family member there are no handicap spots out in the front of the hotel. They are over by the resturant or over at the far end of the hotel. The room its self was very large and handicapped friendly.
