Awesome experience of a Hotel. My kids loved it!

This hotel was perfect for our family of five. It was clean, very well maintained, modern and had a great breakfast buffet. The one negative is there is only one washer and dryer.

My kids and I enjoyed our stay as usual

We stayed with our children for the night on a roadtrip on our way to final destination. Hotel receptionist was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a hit with our kids and made it very convenient to have that available before getting on the road again. We would stay again.

The ladies up front are rude . There’s never towels by the pool. There were kids and adults slipping and falling all over the lobby asking for towels because when you call nobody actual brings them. There was throw up in the elevator and when we told the front desk nothing was done . It was there the next morning . I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels in the area . I recommend the holiday inn express instead . Rooms are bigger, cleaner, and the staff is AMAZING. The sign for the room numbers kept falling off the wall.. wall paper was peeling and the door bottom of the bathroom was bubbling from the shower leaking . For how expensive this hotel is priced it’s not as good as any other hotel in the area . I went here about 7 years ago and it was beautiful. I don’t know what happened but it’s really a shame nobody’s kept up with it. The only staff who wasn’t rude was the kitchen staff in the morning . That women was wonderful and asked about my kids every morning we woke up and had breakfast. She’s great . Update your rooms and your staff .

All was fine, except there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel ... and the place they send you to is full of kids and very NOISY.

I had a very positive experience at the Wingate. The front desk personal were friendly and helpful but most importantly had a smile on their faces. Very professional.check in was easy and every effort was made to meet my request to have a room close to my family. The room was beautiful and clean and quiet. I would most definetly stay again!

The water in the pool was very cold. They sent someone to see if it could be warmer but he said it was at the optimum temperature ( 83 degrees) to keep the correct balance of chemicals in the water safe. The hot tub was nice and warm, but our grandkids ( 3 and 17 months) and our disabled daughter, got too cold to swim in the pool, and that was the purpose of our visit .

Screaming kids in pool could be heard throughout the hotel…even well after the pool was supposed to be closed. No room to sit for breakfast, so we went without. Terrible stay overall.
