First time in Chicago. I picked this hotel for the area and safety of my family. Overall the stay was great. The staff in the pizza area of the hotel not the greatest. These individuals do not want to work here and it really does affect the overall experience specially for the Marriott.

My family and I came here for a weekend away and chose this hotel because it was walking distance to McCormick Place as we were planning to go to the Chicago Auto Show. Check in was easy and valet parking would have been easy but we chose to self park in the garage which is attached. There is a pedestrian walkway connecting this hotel, the Hyatt and McCormick together which was great! The hotel was clean with amazing city and lake views. Plenty of food and coffee options in the main lobby. Will definitely be a “must stay” hotel while in Chicago.

The hotel is new, nice view because I booked the lake view room. The room is big enough for family of 4. The only problem I have is they will never come clean your room if you didn’t request 1 day ahead, and they give you very limited towels. We stayed there 3 nights, I have to go to the front desk 4 times asked for towels, we are family of 4, but they bring up 2 towels each time. Over all is fine, The hotel doesn’t have the pool, but the gym room is good
