Not very clean , dirty sheets and blanket , dirty room floor , noisy room , customer service was not what I would expect . Not a family a family environment .

Beautiful view from room window! Very clean, family friendly. Best part was parking garage (extra charge) is located at hotel. Staff was nice and helpful.

The next door to me was very loud she’s was yelling at someone and someone keep trying to open the side door which I think it was a kid and I couldn’t sleep .

We came up for a family vacation and didn't realize the Chicago Marathon was going on the same weekend so it was absolutely crazy when we got there but the staff was calm and courteous. They checked us in and helped with directions. They noted road closures that may affect us. The room was nice and clean with a great view. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. My only complaint would the how hard the bed was but that is personal preference.

The hotel lacked vending machines, the mini frigde in our rooms didn't work. There was dust all over, my kids touched on of the handles for the drawers snd their fingers were all dirty. Also at time of making the reservation and when checking in I had asked to get billed for parking and wasnt, I evneded up having to pau $38 instead of $28.

The on-site restaurants were not open the night we stayed. My family and I ended up getting Doordash. A bit anticlimactic. Facility was clean and quite. The view was great.

The staff were so friendly. Everyone we met and spoke with greeted us with a smile and were so kind. The food was delicious. The room was very clean and perfect for my family. We will definitely stay again!
