Not a five star experience in my opinion. The carpet in our room had about 20 stains. Room did not feel clean. The bathroom marble is all brown. We asked for another room but they had no availability. We were celebrating my child's birthday, asked for something special in the room and nothing was setup. It took about 40 mins to get our vehicle from valet upon checkout. Overall experience was very poor for the price and quality that should be received at a 5-star establishment. Would not visit again. Langham Chicago is far superior!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Waldorf Astoria with our family! Beautiful property, great location, wonderful staff and everything was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely be returning
