We were here for a family wedding and the location was perfect for catching the shuttle that took us to the venue. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. Check in was quick and efficient, which was not the case for family that stayed at hotels that had room blocks for the wedding.

Firstly, the front office staff appeared quite grumpy; it would have been nicer if they smiled when greeting customers. Secondly, the initial room we were assigned had a strong smell of smoke, which they thankfully changed for us, a gesture I truly appreciate. Thirdly, the room had thin walls and appeared quite dirty and very outdated. The hotel has a distinctive odor. The walls are thin, allowing you to hear activities in adjacent rooms and even footsteps from the room above. The level of noise allows you to discern everything happening in neighboring rooms. Additionally, the rooms feel cramped. Throughout our stay, we spoke in whispers as we were aware that sound traveled easily to the neighboring room. This hotel does not cater well to families with children. Overall, it's quite expensive and doesn't justify the price I paid. This visit will mark our debut and finale at this hotel.

Great location. The One queen bedroom had a little pullout chair for extra space if traveling with a child. Nice hotel. Loved the refillable filtered water stations in the halls!

Reasonably affordable hotel for Chicago, but rooms are on the small side. But clean and relatively close to all of the main tourist attractions downtown. Self-Parking in a different building, but not too far away. Friendly and helpful staff — especially “baby”. Would recommend overall.
