We have stayed at the Arlo multiple times and appreciate the location, cleanliness and how quiet the hotel is! Right in the heart of all things Chicago! We recommend the Arlo to our friends/family and plan on returning!

Great weekend family trip for college tour. Incredibly convenient location and modern hotel. Shower did not work well (hardly any pressure) on first day but I reported it and was fixed. Room service was good but costly. Parking is not at hotel but garage is relatively close. Would stay again primarily because of location.

Great location for this property and a very nice place as well. My family and I enjoyed are stay and will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits to Chicago.

Really comfortable and clean hotel. The staff professional and very accommodating with our luggage after our flight was delayed. The location is perfect for going to all the local attractions. The breakfast in the restaurant are wonderful. The kids couldn’t stop talking about the French toast. They ate it every morning. We will definitely be coming back.

Concierge told us that the room we had booked wasn’t available until the following day and then cancelled our booking with us then trying to find a new hotel to stay at at 10:30 pm with 2 kids in tow.

Really nice room and location, but housekeeping didn’t even stop by to take out trash or replace coffee items. I ate breakfast at the hotel and was next to invisible, but when I returned for a drink with an attractive younger family friend, we were treated like royalty. So bring attractive people with you if you want to be treated well, I guess?
