My family had fun during our stay. The room was clean and breakfast is included for everyone.

We had a great stay with our family. Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Loved the suite with a sofa bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with a great variety and a made to order omelette bar. The reception at night with 2 free drinks and snacks was good. Nice pool and fitness room. Excellent location so you can walk to lots of places. Overall great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Chicago.

Two elevators were broken and there were significant waits from A high floor with several kids. Also room was not ready despite checking in late. Other than that everything was good!

If you have a family this is an excellent option. The rooms are very spacious. It is a very busy hotel and you have to wait a long time for elevators. Excellent location.

My family and I just stayed one night we got in late after 1 am after travelling for 15 hours and the reception was easy and quick the bedroom was nice beds and pillows very comfy. They had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner body wash and lotions in the bathroom very nice! We bring our own but it was nice. The free breakfast was amazing they had an egg/omelette station along with alot of hot food offers along with pastries and beverages one of the nicest free breakfast we have been to. Great hotel would definitely recommend and stay again. Great job Embassy by Hilton 👍

I took my family for a trip to Chicago and stayed at the Embassy Suites. The stay was lovely and the staff was very professional. Breakfast everyday was really good and Rahfael did a amazing job with making guests feel comfortable while dinning at the cafeteria. The rooms were also clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Appreciated the size of the rooms — great for our family of 4. Hotel was very crowded during our stay, and we often had to wait up to 10 mins for an available elevator. Did not go to the included breakfast at all during our stay because it was so overcrowded. Hallway garbages were overflowing. Turnover from previous guest wasn’t great, for example, beer bottles from previous guests were left in our room, but daily housekeeping service was very good.

As a family with a small child, we always like staying at Embassy Suites. We like the layout of the suites, which include a bedroom, a living area for the foldout, and microwave and fridge. We like the hot breakfast in the mornings and the reception in the evenings. The pool and fitness center at this hotel are an added bonus. At this location, the things that make the hotel great are also some of the most inconvenient. Because the hotel is so popular, the wait for breakfast and evening reception were always long. They end service PROMPTLY at the posted time, and they regularly run out of things (food, milk, clean utensils, etc). During these peak times, it is very difficult to get an elevator to or from your room. However, I consider these inconveniences of a popular location rather than dealbreakers. My biggest complaint of our stay was guest services and housekeeping. We requested extra bedding from the front desk multiple times, and when they never showed up, we had to get it ourselves. Additionally, our room was never cleaned during our 3 night stay. We never left out a sign when were out and about for most of the day, and there was never an indication that housekeeping came by. We did have diapers and leftovers that were accumulating, so we had to take out the trash ourselves. I'm giving grace because we were staying during a holiday when they were obviously very busy, but it really did seem like they are understaffed for the volume of guests they seem to have.

We arrived hotel at 3:50 pm for checkin as my parents (both with bad joints) and 2 young kids wanted to rest after 6 hours of driving. We were asked to wait 1 hour and after multiple follow ups were given a room that we had booked. We finally got rooms at 5:15 pm because of which my family didn’t got time to rest as we had to rush for our booking leading our family getting exhausted and finally getting sick. Our room also had an extra live guest when we opened the sofa bed.

Great hotel, room was very clean and perfect with our two kids being able to sleep on the couch bed. Right in the heart of the city we were able to walk to lots of great landmarks.
