Hotel EMC2, Autograph Collection

Overall, this was an excellent place to stay with our family for a spring break trip to Chicago. The room, hallways and elevators were all very clean and in great condition. The kids were delighted by the robots, Cleo and Leo. The beds were NOT comfortable--too soft. We would have preferred a door between the bathroom sink and bedroom area (the curtain was good for privacy, but not for sound dampening). I wish they had a water bottle refilling station instead of just handing out plastic disposable water bottles. Also, the room lacked comfortable seating--there was just one desk chair that was moderately comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable for sitting on (too soft). Excellent service from all staff we encountered. Location was moderately convenient for our needs--lots of bus lines near by, great food choices in walking distance.

The location of this hotel is PERFECT! It is nestled in a quiet spot less than 2 blocks from the shops, restaurants and excitement that is Michigan Ave! Millennium Station is about a mile away and walkable as well. The hotel places an emphasis on art and technology with beautiful artwork throughout. My two children loved the robots Leo and Cleo that will deliver essentials to your room such as additional towels or cups! The lobby also had a cool old-fashioned motion picture wheel that you could spin to watch a picture move. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well! A few disappointments - the lobby area is very small and tight, the room-service pizza we ordered wasn't great, and our mini fridge didn't work. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely visit again!

Very cool unique hotel near Mag Mile. My kids loved the robot butlers, concierge overhead this and sent a special gift for them after check-in which made their day! Very thoughtful and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean snd had a cool vibe. 10/10 will stay again

This property was amazing! Our first visit here and we cannot wait to come back. My children absolutely loved Cleo and Leo, the concierge robots. They brought everything quickly and the room service was delicious! The staff and breakfast here were also amazing. The room was spacious, uniquely themed, clean, and beautiful. Our only complaint was valet was a bit slow, but overall we loved the experience and look forward to visiting again.

What a hidden gem! This place was an experience in itself. I won't spoil any of it for you but rest assured that you will be sharing photos/videos of this place with friends and family once you check-in. The place was beautiful and in an extremely great location that made visiting our favorite bars, restaurants and shopping EASY. The only negative was that the bell hop was very insistent on bringing our luggage to our vehicle upon checkout. After several attempts to deny his service, I gave up. Wouldn't have been a big deal except when I had no cash to tip, his facial expression and attitude shifted into frustration as if I had wasted his time. Other than that, the hotel staff were polite and helpful. Cleo and Leo deserve a raise :)
