First time staying in MP, loved how close to the road we were traveling on, along with how busy the staff was, they made everyone feel comfortable and they mattered.(phone was put on hold, checking two different families in, and still kept phone people she would be right with then! Very professional ✔️ Will recommend to everyone 🫶👍

We do a yearly visit with daughter and grandkids in Colorado. We are Washington residents. Twin Falls works out great as it is right in the middle of our trip. I selected My Place Hotel from the many for price quoted, clean & safe facility, and what we found was a great & reliable "feel" if you can measure that. My thoughts are you guys are the "template" for how an overnite stay should be. Thanks

This has been an excellent experience. The hotel was clean well equipped with everything you need for a stay. The staff was very friendly and polite. I will definitely refer this hotel to family and friends. What I did not like was the pet fee, of 20 some dollars I could understand if it was a deposit instead of a fee to me that’s the only downfall.

We stayed to visit family before leaving town again the next day. The location isn't easy to get to, but that's fairly nice. Fireworks awoke us at 4:30 am, it was odd. The room was ok, just felt dingy and smelled terrible. I would like to see the mattresses encased but there was no mattress protection at all. My hair was wet when I went to sleep and I was awoken after a few hours to a terrible smell from pillow which seemed to be from the moisture on the pillow. My face, hair and pillow smelled like vomit. I was glad to leave fairly early the next morning. Will not stay here or another from this chain again.
