Thin floors. Noisy kids above all night. Tiny pillows, soap, and shampoo. Receptionist had her family there enjoying the pool. This was the first of two LaQuinta stays on this trip. We won’t stay at a LaQuinta again. We will opt for Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, or Oxford Suites in the future.

Very spacious nice hotel. Makes you feel at ease bring kids and pets with a small pet fee and the whole hotel being pet friendly you don’t need to feel stressed. The room feels thoroughly cleaned and the 24 hr hot spa with jets and indoor pool was such a nice treat after a long stressful day.

Comfortable stay for us while visiting family. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Only minor complaints would be that the beds weren't the most comfortable and there's no body wash provided, only bar hand soap and shampoo/conditioner.

Great location - close to Costco and other shopping/dining options! Great trails for walking, especially if you are travelling with a furbaby😌 Twin Falls is a beautiful city- first time here - the gorge is spectacular!

Our check in was great. We arrived a little early but the desk clerk got us into a ready room very close to other family already staying at the hotel. The location is good. My only negative comment is the facility is getting a little run down and needs a overall refresh.

Staff was very nice. I had to cancel a little early due to family emergency but they were very accommodating.

It was a very nice stay until we tried to use the pool. A family was drinking alcohol and basically took over the area so we were unable to use it.

The beds were wonderfully comfortable but the noise in other rooms is too noticeable for me. It was a saturday into sunday so there were a lot of loud cars on Pole Line Rd which went on until midnight. The breakfast was so so, lots of choices, but the eggs were very dry and the meat was a kielbasa, not my idea of a great breakfast but our tummies were satisfied. Id go back again but would have something to make brown noise louder to block out the outside. People with kids rarely reign them in at hotels and just let them run and be noisy in the halls. If you have kids that do that, please be respectful of others that may already be sleeping.

I thought the beds were super comfy, but my husband hated them. They were really squishy and bouncy. I slept so good!
The pool set up was really cool. I liked that the hot tub was connected to the pool. I felt comfortable sitting in the hot tub, while they swam near me.
Breakfast was amazing. Lots of bagel options, as well as eggs, meat, and potatoes. My kids hardly ever eat breakfast, but they all wanted something here.
I only interacted with one staff member. She was fine. At check-out she was nice, but at check-in, she seemed kind of annoyed or rushed. But it didnt affect our stay
