Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Twin Falls

Hotel needs to replace their linens and towels. The bottom sheet elastic was wore out thus not staying on the mattress. The bath towels were seriously 6 inches longer then the hand towels. Perfect size for a baby. We did go to the front desk for a replacement before out adult daughter showered. Breakfast was fine.

Had a family member in the hospital. 1st night booked through hotels. Com all was fine next day booked through hotel itself they said they give a better rate for people visiting hospital patients. . They moved us down the hall to another room. After all day at the hospital. Tired, we went back to the room to find 2 bed bugs in one bed. They had no other rooms when reported to front desk he didnt know what to do.We were told all hotels in area were booked. Nor did we want to spread bed bugs. So we took all our belongings and drove to a town an hour and a half away where my daughter lives. Arrived 1:30 a.m. put all our belongings in platic garbage bags, showered and all clothes went in the washer. Slept 3 hours. Drive back to the hospital to check on relative, waited for Doctor and updates. Went back to the hotel 11:45 before checkout. Spoke to the front desk told them of situation. We still had the room key and asked if they would come and see the bugs as we had killed them... NOPE " we have a team that will investigate." I let them know i had pictures on my phone . They didnt want to see them. Asked to compensate the room and was told they couldnt until investigation is done. Then they asked if i needed a room for this evening. I said yes. " we have 5 rooms left I can put you in for half price of 159.00" I said cant you comp the room?" Her response was "not until the investigation. We need to see what type of bug could have been a mite or spider. I filed complaint with co

Excellent hotel, clean and had a wonderful breakfast assortment. The pool was tiny though, but my kids still loved it.

Great stay! Close to stores and restaurants a big plus for my family and I. The room was very comfortable and sound proof to any noise outside the room.

Stay was easy and convenient. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the continental breakfast! They also provided the venue for a reception for my family and helped immensely. I’ll stay here again and recommend this hotel!

I never made it. I had a family emergency. But because Expedia won’t refund a cancellation I’m giving this a very negative review. Expedia is terrible to work with.

By far, the cleanest, most convenient for parking our trailer and safest of all the hotels we stayed in for that price range. Friendly staff made a huge difference as well. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family!

The pictures of the pool where not true of what was here. We have children and only stay where they can swim. The pool in pictures show great big pool. The one here is really a large swim spa

This is our new "go-to" hotel in Twin. We will never stay anywhere else. From the lady at the front desk who checked us in, to the cool set up of the hallway, the carpets, room size, pool, and breakfast. Breakfast was amazing, with eggs, bacon, and even breakfast sandwiches. My kids were also excited to see chocolate milk. The beds were a little too soft, but i slept really well. My husband didn't.
