Hilton Garden Inn Twin Falls

Staff was unhelpful and unpleasant. Was informed housekeeping is there one time of the day; we had to clean our own room and take out our own trash everyday. Cockroach found in the bathroom. Wifi signal strength was spotty. Jacuzzi was broken and when reported problem, staff had to be called out twice just to come check it out. Checked out early because we wanted to leave. Roll out bed was broken and uncomfortable. Restaurant states "food may be undercooked" on menu. Very disappointed as this is my family and I's first time staying at a Hilton and we paid over $1000 to stay for a whole week. We always thought Hilton was a good hotel until we actually stayed at one for the first time this month.. honestly very sad.

Property was decent. Staff was friendly, however our room was unavailable upon arrival, even though we had reserved it ahead of time. We were put in a king room for the 4 of us, no extra beds available for the kids. So they slept on the floor with blankets. Buffet breakfast was overpriced, and bleak.

No pool or Jacuzzi. Been broken for months. Good luck with your kids after a long day on the road.

Hotel was great loved the king suite for our family. The hotel was able to provide a pack and play for our baby. The only down side was the draft from the windows and we couldn’t get the thermostat to heat the room any more.
