Best Western Plus Twin Falls Hotel

We stayed 2 nites. The room was clean and large. The breakfast was good and would be good for the family. The toilet was terribly loud when flushed and sat no more than a foot from the ground, The shower was the worst. You could select your water temperature but it wouldn't stay there, It would automatically go from cold to scalding hit, I let the front desk know about this, room #324. The room was nicely done but they built a wooden frame under the mattress and it went to the floor. Constantly stubbing my toes.

I was surprised on check in when I was told the pool/hot tub was open 24 hours. What I learned is there’s an endless barrage of doors slamming and kids running up and down the hallways at all hours. Other than not sleeping our stay was great.

One of the best hotels my family has stayed at. The customer service was amazing from the second we got there till we left. The rooms were clean, if i travel here again i know im staying here again! Thank you!

The hotel met all our needs. The pool and breakfast were the standouts. My kids love to swim and really enjoyed the newly renovated pool. The room was clean and had plenty of room for the entire family. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk gave us a late check-out at 1300. We hardly ever get time away from kids. Needless to say we woke up to two maids laughing and talking at a ridiculously high volume. We let that continue for 15 minutes thinking they’d move on and clean other rooms. I walked out, showed my exhausted face, made eye contact and then closed the door appropriately. Music continued to be at an even higher volume, now we’re going on about 30 minutes. My wife had to go out and ask her to please turn the music down very very nicely. To no avail, the music may have been turned down a notch or two. Needless to say we both woke up frustrated and decided to check out as it wasn’t worth another breath that obviously fell on deaf ears even after acknowledgement. Did I mention it was her birthday? Not a very nice thing to have had done to us especially after asking. Everything else was pretty good. Other than the music obnoxiously loud and not being able to have a very much needed sleep in from months of exhaustion, the hotel was great. One major detail, the level of what you can hear from your closed room door is a problem and I’m sure I’m not the first to mention it. Being able to hear ANY conversation from either down the hallway or if you’re lucky…right in your room! That’s the way it feels to me.

The kids loved the breakfast options. We all slept well and was quiet and clean. The kids had fun in the pool.

I stayed in the back part of the hotel and it was really quiet even with people staying around me with kids. The room was really clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with more options than you would normally get from a free hotel breakfast. The staff was excellent, everyone I encountered throughout my 5 day stay was pleasant and very helpful if I needed something. 5 Thumbs up for this place, I will be staying here again when I visit my family in TF.

I stayed one night with my kids. Overall the property was good, I don’t know about breakfast because we left before 6am. The room was a decent size, the bed was good. The only thing is I didn’t like about the hotel was it had a weird smell, the pool was nice and big big it just had a weird smell like mildew. The water needed more chlorine and the gym was not open. Other then that it had walking distance shopping areas and food places.

At check in I asked for a top floor and said he would put me on second floor where it would be quiet. Most of the night I heard loud footsteps and crying kids. I needed a good nights rest since I was staying overnight and doing a long drive the next day.

Our family stayed for 2 nights. The staff and guests were very friendly. We enjoyed the pool. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The hot breakfast was delicious and by far the best on our trip so far. We would definitely stay here again!
