Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Twin Falls, an IHG Hotel

Nice hotel and a way better breakfast than most. It was mostly clean. Rooms were good size. Tv and mini fridge and Keurig were nice. Pool area was extremely hot and humid making you feel like you might past out. And I’m pregnant and was told I’m not aloud to have a water bottle in there so can’t stay here again till after the baby. So I didn't get to enjoy that as much. They did have a little area to buy snacks and water. They had some complimentary lemonade that was nice.

Clean rooms and kid friendly

Everything was great. Breakfast was pretty darn good, and the kids really liked the novelty of the pancake machine. Clean, great and highly responsive staff to a TV glitch, and pool/work-out facilities were great too. Thanks for a good nights sleep.

Clean Stay. Room was spacious and breakfast was good. The pool was a little chilly but that did not stop rhe kids from enjoying it!!

I normally do not choose Holiday Inns because they are so noisy and crowded and often the staff cant keep up with cleaning up after kids and families. But I was just on a layover and decided to just stay the night. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was not disruoted by jumping kids above me and overcrowding in the dining area. But true I was traveling in April. But the hotel was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room smelled fresh and the king bed only just firm enough for a good sleep but not so firm to cause back or shoulder pain. Even higher end hotels have harder and uncomfortable beds. Best of all, i heard no noises, bumping, banging or showers going from other rooms. The only thing I would change was the breakfast. It was say, sparse and somewhat synthetic.

Great family friendly hotel. Close to area attractions & dinning.
