Great place for families Comfortable rooms, pool, hot tub, good breakfast, and in the heart of the city.

No matter what time you sent to the front desk, nobody was ever around. Had to use the phone to find someone. The bed was broke and had some slapped together braces to hold it up and they just made grinding noises anytime you moved. Beds were very uncomfortable too. Had dogs barking in the next room. Kids and families being loud and slamming doors constantly all night and early morning. Probably the worst stay I've ever had. Told the staff at checkout about the issues and they didn't offer any sort of anything just said, oh that's not good.

Great stay for us, family and pet friendly. Super spacious rooms and nice staff. Hot tub was hot and breakfast was good We will definitely return

We booked a room for 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids). The room listing stated that the room sleeps 5 people. It had two queen beds and we assumed that it had a sofa for the 5th bed. Turns out it had 2 queen beds and a non-reclining chair. I’m not sure how they came up with sleeps 5. My kids all got stuffed in one bed and got a terrible nights sleep which meant my wife and I got a terrible nights sleep. I spoke to the front desk and they told me it sleeps 5 if your family has an infant and you bring your own crib. They told me if you look closely at your booking it says sleeps 5 in existing beds. You would hope that you don’t need to read fine print to have to make sure you get what is advertised. I’m not happy…

We really enjoyed our stay. it was later when we checked in. The desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great central location. Friendly staff and very clean hotel. This place has all the amenities for business travelers and family travelers alike. Two thumbs up!
