Quality Inn

This stay was horrendous. This was the worst encounter I have ever had with a hotel employee in my life, and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. I have stayed dozens of times in the same town other hotels. I have never had anyone be anywhere close to this disrespectful to me and my family. The lady running the front desk today, 9/29 was rude and abrasive and treated my kids and I like criminals. I kind of planned on things being really low quality based on the room being somewhat less expensive than good quality hotels in the area, and I did find that it was the case that things were rundown with a lot of maintenance in several aspects being very much needed. However, this employee being so rude was what made me say i’d prefer not to stay at the hotel again based on the experience with her. I was pretty surprised to hear her respond that she was fine with me never staying there again. Her comments and attitude were totally unmerited and unprofessional. On top of that, the minute it was checkout time, she said that my kids had two minutes to get out of the pool and out the door, had staff on standby to call the authorities to physically remove them if they weren’t out in those couple minutes, then held the door open to police us out of the pool. I don’t know what her problem was, but it was as if she had seen my kids faces on wanted posters in Pocatello and had some kind of battle to fight. This crazy woman seems delusional, but somehow she was the person in charge.

Room clean ok bed situation. Pull out sofa bed had stains all over it so my kid refused to sleep on it. We all slept in king size bed. Bathroom door broken would not shut all the way.

It was a very nice place got to our rooms around 11:30pm the only thing was kids upabove us making noise went to the front desk they addressed it and was quiet after that..

Our room was in need of some TLC but it was very comfortable. The only thing I did not like was we were on the second floor and there is no elevator. We had a dog and it was hard for with my bad knees to go up and down the stairs all the time. I loved that the pool and hot tub were open until midnight and kids 17 and under had to be out by 10. I enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub with no kids playing around. It was great.

Wonderful front desk staff, very welcoming! It’s an older motel but it is well taken care of and it was clean enough that my family felt comfortable. Comfy beds and loved the pool after a long day of traveling.

Loved the stay. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. They do cookies in the evening that were delicious. The breakfast was good too. We will be back

I had to call from home and adjust the check in date with your staff. THey were courteous and took care of it without any problems. My family was traveling without me.

I like the fact they fixed the hot tub and was able to soak i was looking forward to it what we didnt like was the yelling for the kids in the pool wasnt able to enjoy it like we did last time and the fidge in the room wasnt cold and the bed was kinda hard and needed more pillows but other than that it was good

The toilet paper in the bathroom was a used roll which I have never been to a hotel where they re use which I thought was gross. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut with out slamming which was inconvenient with a baby. The fan in the bathroom didn’t do anything for the steam. Comforter had stains. Walls were damaged. The room was overall in very rough condition.

My family and i checked out early morning but than found out we didnt have to be at oyr next destination until later in the afternoon so we called to see if we could uncheck out until the check out time and the front desk was very nice and understanding and let us come back for a few hours. Very accommodating.
