Booked two bedroom family suite, extremely spacious with a fireplace. Staff helpful with requests such as extra towels. Hotel within walking distance of dining options.

Stayed for 4 days while visiting our grandkids. Front desk staff were very courteous. Housekeeping always greeted us in the hallway and always wished us a good morning. Very happy to swap out towels and add additional toiletries. Room was perfectly sized for us and our four legged friend. We will be staying at this location on future trips.

This property has slipped in quality. We have patronized it for 33 years, its first maybe 20 years an Embassy Suites. The shower was not cleaned and the breakfast area is the worst we’ve seen, a great disappointment as before it had been nicely laid out and stocked with a pleasing variety. There are four waffle makers and a bunch of dry cereal aimed at kids, and no fruit and hardly any dairy products. The seating is limited and inappropriate, more like what a dorm commons area would be than a proper breakfast area.

When we checked in there was coffee all over the lobby floor. Dry spills and a large wet puddle. The floors through the whole building were filthy. Even in the elevators. The room was clean and nice although we found a bottle cap on the floor. It was a little noisy at night from traffic but didn’t keep us up too late. The only staff we interacted with was at the check in counter and she was pleasant. Cheap stay, kids had fun in the pool and the hot tub was hot so all in all, not terrible.

The property is old and not well taken care of. For our family of 4, we had 2 towels and 2 washcloths. No hand towels for the sink. We were 2 doors down from the elevator and constantly heard the ding. When the air in the room turned off, it made a long wheezing sound. We won’t be staying there again.

Our room was so much more than we expected. We were in town to visit family, our suite was so nice we had them come to us rather that go to their home.

The hotel overall was good. Easy and quick check-in. The hotel staff was great reacting to requests for extra pillows and a 1030pm noise complaint. Pool area was clean and always stocked with towels. Breakfast has small variety of hot food options and plenty of toast, bagels, cereal, certainly not a deal-breaker at all for the family budget. Would definitely stay here again.
