Toilet seat was broke,tub was dirty and water from taking shower wouldn’t drain. Hotel has construction going on and the workers are there working until 7:30pm. Beds were very comfortable and pillows are very soft. We had the deluxe family room that has three beds which was very nice as my grandson and I were traveling to see my cousin.

This was our first time staying in a hotel with our two babies and our dog and WOW it was a great experience. As parents, sometimes you can feel looked down on going places with your kids. Especially babies. But the staff made us feel so welcomed and helped with anything we could need while we were staying for a week for my sisters wedding. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Boise

Stayed for the price and the pool for the kids. Pool had a lot of seating and umbrellas. Towels outside for easy access, though the front desk had more available. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, fridge, microwave, desk, etc. Breakfast is 6-9 on Saturday, which the kids were no up for since we had been early risers the whole week. However, I grabbed some and they enjoyed bacon, eggs, and waffles with juice. Several other options were also available.

I really appreciate the kindness and hospitality of the staff at Inn America, they are very nice especially to my kids. it made me feel the real human temperature of the service, and I like it very much

Dirty sink and footprints on headboard. Spoke to Nathan which responded with a chuckle and said we have too many rooms to clean. Toilet wouldn’t flush and when I went to speak to Nathan I had to wait about 20 minutes because he was out front smoking and on his cell phone. We he came in I told him and again a chuckle and gave me a plunger. My family will not stay here again. Plus the room smelled like wet dog.

The room was big and spacey. I traveled with my kids. It was family friendly. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Boise.

Could not sleep. We are a couple that has no kids and we were place right next door to a family and we were woken up with screaming and running. For a quick nights stay it’s ok. For anything longer it’s not worth the lack of sleep. Also bring your own toilet paper, theirs is regrettable.

This room was perfect for our family of adults who like to sleep in their own beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was soundproof. The breakfast was good, but nothing super special. The staff was professional and kind.

The installation was good, but breakfast was quite disappointing, missing salted omelettes, bacon and similar. Milk run out and there was no refill. Having kids, was important.
