Toilet seat was broke,tub was dirty and water from taking shower wouldn’t drain. Hotel has construction going on and the workers are there working until 7:30pm. Beds were very comfortable and pillows are very soft. We had the deluxe family room that has three beds which was very nice as my grandson and I were traveling to see my cousin.

Dirty sink and footprints on headboard. Spoke to Nathan which responded with a chuckle and said we have too many rooms to clean. Toilet wouldn’t flush and when I went to speak to Nathan I had to wait about 20 minutes because he was out front smoking and on his cell phone. We he came in I told him and again a chuckle and gave me a plunger. My family will not stay here again. Plus the room smelled like wet dog.

The room was big and spacey. I traveled with my kids. It was family friendly. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Boise.

Could not sleep. We are a couple that has no kids and we were place right next door to a family and we were woken up with screaming and running. For a quick nights stay it’s ok. For anything longer it’s not worth the lack of sleep. Also bring your own toilet paper, theirs is regrettable.

This room was perfect for our family of adults who like to sleep in their own beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was soundproof. The breakfast was good, but nothing super special. The staff was professional and kind.

The installation was good, but breakfast was quite disappointing, missing salted omelettes, bacon and similar. Milk run out and there was no refill. Having kids, was important.

I won’t stay here again! Other than the bed was comfortable, it was the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. It sits right on the freeway on-ramp.. so that was fun, but I also had a crying baby next door the first night and a couple that wanted to fight all night as well!! When I complained to the office I was told I was in the quietest room they had… what?? If that is the quietest I can’t believe this place is still in business. They must never get repeat customers! So unless your desperate for a place to stay go elsewhere!!

Stayed for a quick overnight before an early morning flight. Worked great for that. The three bed setup was perfect for my needs traveling with four children. We left too early to try the breakfast. I would stay again.

The overall staff was nice. However, two times (once upon arrival, and the first morning of the stay) the power was out. This resulted in my kids and I not getting breakfast which was part of our stay.
