Returning home from family reunion. Stopped in Boise for the evening, had a great stay, refreshing hotel, pleasing staff. Would recommend this hotel for those looking for good value.

They didn't have our room ready till 5:30 and I couldn't get ready for a family event. The breakfast was done early and staff was eating while they were au possoed to be making food. They gave us a room with a light out and they promise a 50 dollar refund for the inconvenience but they didn't intill the company send a review and I stated what happen they wave our stay and refunded the whole amount paid

The two important factors for my family were swimming and buffet breakfast . . . so when we saw that the criteria were met we booked 2 rooms. The pool was a little small, but was quiet and all had fun. The breakfast was great, the best we've had at this kind of hotel! I thought that being near the airport would mean unwanted noise, but that was not at all the case. The rooms were quiet and nice.

I travel a great deal and the Fairfield Inn staff was one of the friendliest and most efficient hotel staffs I have ever encountered . Unlike most of my business trips, this was a personal trip to visit with family with young children.
